Vic is currently the Director of Communication Planning and Strategy at S4 Inc. In this capacity he works directly with U.S Government, Department of Defense and private organizations to develop communication plans and strategies.

Before joining S4 Inc., Vic was recalled to active duty in the U.S. Navy for a year. Prior to going back on active duty, Vic was a Vice President at Peter Arnold Associates, a public relations agency in the Boston area. He has worked at five PR agencies in the Boston area and has serviced a wide range of clients, mostly in the technology sector. He was one of the three executives who opened the Boston office for Text 100 in 1997 and he has also worked at Mullen, WTM and Gray & Rice.
